How to make a first impression
that really counts

Think of curb appeal the same way you would a job interview: It’s the first (and lasting) impression that someone will have. Whether potential buyers are driving by to determine if they'd like to see the inside or they’ve already scheduled a showing and are visiting soon, you’ll want your home to look its very best.

While your home is on the market:

Keep the lawn well-maintained.

Add flowers, whether in a flower bed or in pots and planters.

Provide a clear path to your front door, and make sure there is plenty of lighting for evening showings.

Provide a warm welcome by adding a fresh coat of paint to the front door and getting a fresh new welcome mat.
